Hows he poor in that position when hes played there most of the season (he was actually playing bit further up when Lucas wasnt injured, but then was playing a little deeper when we had Suarez out) ? I get why people are calling for Wenger's head - it's an overreaction yes, but a lack of activity in the January window would give the impression that we're not attempting to strengthen our position, which can be viewed as a failure to do his job properly.

I do think this is a freak result though, like the 6-3; I'm just not sure we can come back as impressively as from that and the Villa game, lots of tired legs and minds out there.
