i have edited rashford and muto in fm 14 using two methods: using current existing player (e.g at man u) and altering name etc to rashord. then downloading image from net, altering to png using adobe and saving as id . changing config in graphics folder to show same. start game, doesn't sow, just some random (real image) . Tried adding new player and doing the same with same result. weird coz this has worked for me before. downloaded png from megapack but how do i get this to correspond to my id as it appears to have its own???

PLEASE HELP!!!

I have previusli added platerys to fm 14 by either using a current, unwanted player, e.g one fom Manu ot any
y club and editing name, etc and downloading pic from say wikipedeia and converting to png format, pasing to grahics folder and remaming to unique id, amg edited config file to show same , start new game but different image shows, e;g; muto shown as non japanese pic. done usual with unticking . ticking reload cahe etc but still no joy,
starnge as this has worked with others. tried adding new player bit the id shown from recent changes Megapack for rashford is different (begins with 801 i think) for fm 16. How do I get around this????

I have tried adding Rashford to Man U by 2 methods - 'adding new player' with random Unique id and overwriting existing unwanted player with his details and adding 'PNG' from wikipedia (altered using Adobe to png ) and renaming to id in config file. This has worked with others but not this one, same with muto - he's some random white guy not japanese. Th megapack ID shows as 28100266, how do i use this????

Hi, I have had to re-install windows but saved megapack / game saves to external drive. reloaded game on steam and placed savegame, megapack (under my docs/graphics, etc), game loads fine but images won't show. i've done the usual, skin cache, etc. Any ideas?

following on from earlier message i posted re Megapack and images not showing - solved - deleted several duplicate images from pack (there are quite a few), added my new images with amended IDs to tie in with editor (all created), amended config to show same and hey presto - IN THE GAME! Seems the only way to get my images to show - deleted images already in the pack (duplicate, down right ugly,etc)and replace with my new ones.

hi, i raised this on the incorrect thread. I have downloaded the Megapack 7.00 latest for FM 2014. What I've done is added several players to game using the editor (Leroy Sane, Martin Odegaard, Allan Rodrigues De Souza.
I have acquired images via the internet of these players and tinkered with them using Adobe Photoshop as best as I can although can't seem to resize them to 180 x 180 as per other Megapack images. saved them as 'png' format.
edited config file to reflect them with correct IDs to conform with those generated by editor.
done all the usual under preferences within game, But they don't show up! not only that but all images have been removed. RE-copied config back up and tried again and all images reappear but obviously not these three new ones. on the face of it, appears to be a config issue. But I seem to remember doing this before without any issues. What am I doing wrong? don't see why i need to create a separate config for these. wouldn't have a clue anyhow. I've attached them if anyone can take a look , I'd really appreciate it coz it's driving me nuts.

Hi I posted earlier today regarding help with adding images to the Megapack. I edited config to show correct IDs as per edited within the editor (new players; Leroy Sane, Allan Rodrigues de souza, Martin Odegaard (there is an image uncannily similar to him under ID 1394631570) but he is not in the game...

Anyway, did all the usual under preferences but they don't show up???

Anyone help - Please???

Please help coz I'm at the end of my tether. Tried adding the attached images to config file within Megapack. Renamed them to show correct IDs (they're newly added via the editor and they show the same IDs). started game, done all the usual in preferences but they don't show up. What's more, all other images are gone. I've checked and rechecked. What I have edited in config looks spot on. What the hell am I doing wrong??????

Hi, I have been attempting to edit Polish db - 'Ekstraklasa' to 'T-Mobile Ekstraklasa' (i'm big on real names); and polish first division to '1 Liga' amongst others - can't seem to add third division as cup say too many teams requested. When i start new career ekstraklasa shows as t-mobile but so does first division! i.e. i have two ekstraklasas???? Any ideas??

Hi, extracted megapack to graphics folder a while back now they are not showing. Done the usual stuff, i.e. unticked caache and ticked reload skin (omega). still no joy. Strange, was working before. All i can think is i tried to add a face to the pack and edited config, but sure this was ok. can't locate pic within the pack as there are so many. deleted created player from editor database too, so is this causing a conflict?

HI, can anyone create small / medium large logos for the attached please? I have photoshop but cannot work out how to re-size, etc.

ALSO : have face pack which I have previously ran ok but images not showing now but there in graphics folder??? Any ideas??

Note - sporting academics logo is the same as sporting club Portugal's but should bear 'Jersey' instead of 'portugal'

Thanks i any ideas where i can get a fully working english database to level 9/10?? I have checked clubs - showing as skrill north. still don't get why still comes up with error even when i don't load editor file??

hi everyone. Apologies in advance for this lengthy message - been away from FM (2014) for some time. First - editor : On a general note; I am trying various things, e.g. editing individual players, adding some, e.g. Leroy Sane (future megastar!!!), names of comps, e.g. english premier > Barclays Premier and others (for authenticity I like to name foreign leagues in their language), I am also trying to add Salford City, FC United and Maine rd to Skrill North (Vanarama?) by swapping with present teams and Create First Tower (Jersey) and add to Skrill South. When I start new career game I get the yellow ! sign saying showing as 25 teams and not 22 even though I swapped them. Anyone advise where I'm going wrong? Did this successfully before and played as Salford City.
Generally, do you need to edit and save individual changes, i.e. one player / comp, club finances, etc separately as a 'DBC' file or do all changes and save under one DBC??
I have found that for some reason the editor will accept some changes (e.g. Harry Kane's stats) but if i add Leroy Sane / Goretzka and some others it still comes up with the english league 'too many teams' error EVEN after i remove this edited file on new career start up???? Driving me insane. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!

Adding images to the megapack
N.B. Any teampacks and individual images are included in each update pack; this is for the impatient who want cuts to be included in their MP folder before then.

1. Save the image(s) to a temporary folder (e.g. Desktop or a folder in there)

2. Copy the image(s) into;

- My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 201x/graphics/your MP folder

Overwrite only if you are absolutely sure as the previous image will then be lost!

3. Use fmXML (or a similar program) to rebuild the config.xml file to reflect the new changes.

4. Load up FM, to confirm that the new cut/s has/have appeared.

Getting an Individual picture to appear in game:

1) Save your chosen picture as the correct ID into the following folder:
My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 201x/graphics/anywhere apart from your MP folder
(You may need to create the last 3 folders)

2) Next you need to create a config file, (the file that links the game to the image) and put it in the folder "Individual" with your picture.
You can download fmXML (Instruction Video) which will do it automatically for you or create one yourself using this template I've created for you HERE (simply change the bits that says "change me" to the ID number you got earlier) Save it.

3) Go back to your game prefs and untick "Show unique IDs" click confirm and hey presto your picture should be there.

Any questions, please feel free to ask.

Hi all, I've downloaded the megapack and successfully run this in FM11. Now, what I attempted to do was create my own face of Julien Draxler using Adobe Photoshop (done this many times in the past); inserted it in documents/graphics/faces in the sortitoutsi folder and saved it in the config file under same name (editor number). Bear in mind in FM11 Draxler does not exist - I created him in the editor. Anyway, I cross referenced this number with the image but he does not show up in game. What's more, all other images from megapack don't show up until I reload them from downloaded RAR file.

Any help much appreciated.
