Thanks for all your help. I do appreciate it. I'll wait for my brothers help & if he struggles I'll get him to read our conversation in the hope it helps him.
There is no support chat for the the logos & kits either. That's why I posted it all here. Have a good day

No offence taken & I'm not meaning to be awkward. It's just all a foreign concept to me. I've watched the install video's & followed them as best I can. See more screen shots. I hope these are of more help. If not I'll just leave it & hope my brother can help because you are clearly losing patience.

Hi whilst these screen shots aren't the player face cut outs you'll see the locations etc. I'm trying to get logos & kits before I do player faces.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but the packs I downloaded aren't showing in the game, even the logos that were previously there (the licenced ones) aren't showing either. I feel really stupid!
I've created folders in the graphics folder for faces, logos & kits & extracted the relevant packs using winrar into their folders.
Then cleared the cache as instructed in the guides & ticked the reload skin when confirming preferences box.
So I'm unsure where Ive gone wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having trouble with the complete cut out face pack. It downloads fine but when I go to extract it into the graphics folder it won't complete & I get an error code.
