Yo u seem like you know alot about this stuff could you help me out how do i fix this they wont load and its messing up my transfers and stuff

I uploaded a new database into the fm23 editor data but it wont all load it keeps showing me this 

 . Also if anyone has the most up to date transfers and data pack databases for this summer for FM23 id appreciate it
