I have to say that there was very little wrong with the majority of your cuts, or at least very little wrong which couldn't be avoided by taking a very little bit more time ensuring each cut is perfect. Some of the cuts needed a bit of centering but that's nothing major. I agree with what marrtac said, basically, and you're really not far off from being a very good cutter indeed.

I'd recommend that, as well as practicing on the occasionally poorly-sourced individual images, you attempt some of the older uncut teampacks, some of which have very decent sources indeed This way, you would be refining your technique as well as clearing the request list and adding to the MP image count. Win-win

My recommendation to both you and stefanraven is to have another go at the same sources with the intention of producing even better cuts since that is, imo, the best way to learn There's not much wrong at all with both your technique, just minor adjustments to ensure that the excellent sources are given the treatment they deserve

In the meantime, although I'll check both the Germany and Switzerland packs in case there's improvements or cuts that I can fix, I'll leave both in the OP of the teampack request for the time being...

All have some leftover background around the image exm1 exm2 Some of them have still have snow in they hair(Klose one of them) or a missing shirt. And Lahm has part of his chin cut off.

They don't look bad, but in my opinion the sources are so good that the cuts can be even better. Try to tilt the head a bit more, your first image is slightly tilted. The other two images look like they're missing shoulders, but maybe it's because the shoulders are white. Always try to have some collar visible. Other than that your cuts aren't too bad, but those WC sources all deserve extremely good cuts, because they'll be some of the better sources around.

Can someone explain to me how the file is 6 gig but my laptop only has 3g memory, how does that work out?

If your using Photoshop and have refine edge, follow this guide LINK. Take your time as well, it's really hard when you first start, but when you start picking it up it'll come a bit easier

The van Persie cut is missing all the detail in his hair

You have right to try ,but it is big league for you at this stage.It's better for you to practice on some individual requests.

about italian logos - i can fix it.. no problem.. but You know, its not my work so maybe will be better to ask author to do that
