in xbox app go to the page of FM2022, click on the three dots “…” on that page and then “Enable MODS”. accepts all warnings, than click on “open mods folder”. it will give you access to the install folder with “data” and everything to mod.

It seems to be straightforward, I can't try at the moment the full process, but I simply activated “mods” within the xbox app, accepted all the warnings provided, than “open mod folder”, and it open up the main game folder with “data” and all subfolder in their place with no need to change owner or anything. I tried to change filename and it does, so I have write permissions…
As soon as possibile I will try to follow your initial instructions and install this 🙂 thank you for all.
