Thanks for this updated version, livens the game up nicely unlike the bland standard SI sounds.

FM inside is a cool looking site.
Impressive stadium pack, cheers.
Seen a lot of people online looking for an Ajax staff fix, somehow they need to be directed to this file (which is the first i believe).

I know it's still early days, but can a bit more detail be added to the Ajax staff though at some point?

Ex: Bergkamp - missing favorite clubs, player history etc...also needs to be added to the Ajax club icons list and have the other dud 'Bergkamp' removed.

Good work on the file by the way, thanks.
Sorted!

Thanks for this file.

Must be a bug, could of tried sending the player 'add to unwanted list' and set the price there on the DOF page.

You have to click on 'Show Positions' on the opposition instructions page, after you submit your team before kick-off.

If playing in a top league...stats above 15, example: opposite inside-forward has 20/20 pace/acceleration you might choose to close down never etc..

Also take low stats into consideration: opposite winger has low balance say 5, then you might want to tackle him hard.
Nice style, cheers for the new mega-pack.

Although, in the future we will make special panel files which you will be able to put in your skin so that this Facepack so it can look perfect on skins that are not adjusted for these dimensions.

Cool

Everyone's injury levels are different, some people being hit with excessive injuries and others hardly any.

This is a very valuable tool to help balance injuries if needed, good work.

The solution is, just add a second tactic same (with a few tweaks) or similar to the one you got and he will shut-up about it

Make sure your picture is renamed to .png and resize it to the same as the one as in FM6 face-packs.

Another method:

Download a face-pack if you have not so already.

In-game go to Preferences/interface and tick ''show unique I.D.'' at the bottom of the page.

Go to your 'home' page and you will see your unique manager ID at the top of the page in the tile bar.

Then go to the face-pack staff picture folder or the team you are managing folder.

Place your picture there, rename your picture file as the same as your unique I.D.

Then open the 'config' file with notepad.

You will see lines like this -

<record from="106728" to="graphics/pictures/person/106728/portrait"/>

copy and paste that line and place it in the list with the others, delete all the numbers in that line and input your I.D. number.

Say your i.d number is 123, so your line should look like this -

<record from="123" to="graphics/pictures/person/123/portrait"/>

Save config file.

In-game go to preferences, un-tick cache and refresh skin.

People have been complaining about this to SI.

Usually i set most of the team players 'squad status' as low as i can go, (best to do this do on the first day you start your file) with no complaints about why i changed their status.

If they are unhappy about the status change, you can talk to them and if their still unhappy it usually will only be temporary.

The lower the squad status the less chance of them complaining for not playing.

These look fresh in the game, good work!
Could be the face-pack interfering, reinstall another face-pack to see if the problems persists.

Face-pack install guide:

''Put files from archive into “Graphics” subfolder of your Football Manager data folder. Here is the path you need for that:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2016/Graphics/faces

If you don’t see Graphics subfolder, just create it manually.
Go to FM 2016 Preferences –> Interface.
Untick “Use caching to decrease page loading times” setting.
Enable “Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences” setting.''
Old Gregory Dyke and the FA implemented this stupid idea, it's not going to magically improve 'grass roots' football.
It's a loss for English clubs and an annoyance for FM players.

Bloody hell, that's got to be the most knackering schedule ever, probably a bug.

According to the following quote, it's only available on' touch edition' and unlocks after 20 years at a club...

In Football Manager, you’ll have to wait a little longer. The Design A Sprog feature is only available in the Touch edition of the game – formerly Classic – and a screenshot suggests it unlocks after you’ve spent 20 years at a club. If that’s 20 years at a single club, as the wording suggests, rather than a 20 year career, Designer Sons will be a rare sight.
