Hey,
after seeing a couple of Catalan leagues on the workshop and elsewhere, they kind of disappointed me, by just moving some of the current Catalan teams into one or two leagues and leaving it as-is. This was kind of annoying because it's basically just Barcelona and Valencia, so I decided to have a go at creating the old Catalan Championship that ran from 1900-1940.

The majority of the information in this database is the historical information taken from either the English or the Catalan Wikipedia about the league/team.
This includes:
- The full 34 teams (I excluded Barcelona B and C)
- Stadium names and capacities (some teams did not have any information at all, let alone stadiums, unfortunately)
- Manager names
- Logos (some had no logo's or vague logos which may or may not have been their actual badges, taken from the wiki anyway)
- Past winners of both the top and second league (unsurprisingly, Barcelona had the most league wins!).

So, the things that fell to randomization were:
- The top division being Campionat de Catalunya (Championship) and the Segona (second) division. Since the Wikipedia pages did not list the past final positions in either league, I randomized and picked teams at random to determine which league they would be placed.
- The training and youth facilities, as well as youth recruitment.
- The finances of the clubs. The ranges are from Poor, Below Average, Average, Above Average and Rich. All finances are listed as Secure, however.
- 5 17 y/o players I created from scratch per club, with GK, CB, CM, LW and ST positions, having 80 Current Ability (second division) and randomized PA, and 90 CA (top division) and higher randomized PA.
- Some kit colours were not listed on the wikipedia, especially those clubs with no information whatsoever! I created some for these, some depending on their badge colours.

The reputation of the clubs include Continental, National and Regional, depending on the finances and division of the club in question.

By default, the AI will most-likely do transfer business in Spain.

There is a League Cup (Copa Macaya) and a Super Cup between the Championship and Cup winner.
The Copa Macaya gives the winner a Europa League position, and 3rd and 4th also get Europa League football.
The winner and runner-up of the league gets Champions League football, replacing Belgium's co-efficients.

The reputation of the clubs and league are good enough to sign players that aren't world class/first team regulars for top teams, so with a decent budget you shouldn't have much of a problem recruiting players.

From what I've seen from simming seasons, the league is rather competitive, mainly due to probably similar budgets, good TV revenue and good money for league placements. There are parachute payments for relegation which give good amounts, although I don't expect the board to keep you around if you get relegated

There's a limit on the amount of Non-EU players you can have in a match-day squad and also a minimum of HG players. I wouldn't worry about this one too much, there are quite a few good Andorran regens after the first season, or so I've seen

This is my first time creating a league, and I may have bitten off more than I can chew, but let me know if you feel anything is missing/incorrect/broken and I shall attempt to fix it. I want to post this on the workshop, but Steams servers are being rather stupid at the moment
