Perhaps I wasn't clear. The folders you uploaded screenshots for contained extra files, which shouldn't be there if you re-install this download. Once you re-install it, please upload screenshots of the same folders so I can verify all is in order 👍

As outlined in the main post, national teams don't appear instantly but only when players are called up.

I have re-installed the download - it is the files thats in the maps? i dont understand what else i can do?
so when the national team plays all det old real players are getting called up? all the real players have been on the national team earlier this game, but now just grey player that isnt in the game

Can I, again, have screenshots of how the folders in the main post which have screenshots look on your system? You don't seem to be installing it correctly.

As explained in the main post, when official updates are released, files which are removed when installing this fix do occasionally get re-created as part of that process. It's why re-downloading and re-applying this fix is recommended whenever a new official update is released.

I'd love to help but I hadn't even heard of Steam Deck before today. Also, as far as I'm aware, FM isn't released on Linux, but I'm happy to be corrected.

Look at my earlier post i have added 2 files of the folders - The branzilian clubs have the real names now after i reinstalled - but germany holland and japan still isnt in the game

If you compare them to the screenshots in the main post, it seems that some of the files were re-created when the game updated itself. Redownload and reapply this file entirely 👍

I have redownloaded the newest one an reapply entire file i all folders - nothing works germany, japan , netherlands isnt in the game anymore. i dont understand how they just dissapear?
how can the files be re-created? i have never experienced that before, an i have played this game for long long time

Can I have screenshots of your dbc/permanent folders in 2210 and 2230?

heres a screenshot of both 2210 an 2230
Now both germany and netherland isnt in the game anymore? so weird

You would do well to read the installation instructions carefully. I suspect that you've deleted 22x0_fm folder(s), which contain the game's database, so no wonder the game isn't launching. Nowhere in the installation instructions does it say you need to delete them, and the installation instructions clearly specify it's the dbc, edt and lnc folders ONLY which should be deleted.

Happily, you can easily get the files you've deleted back by verifying the integrity of the game cache. Once you've done so, re-apply the files from this download again, this time paying a bit more attention to the installation instructions 😉

I only deleted the 3 files that was described, Buy the game start now thanks. the club names ind brazil still doesnt work after i have re-installed all the files from the new download

Re-download and re-install the files, particularly those in the dbc/permanent folders. There's a reason why it is recommended that you do so with every official update released, you know 😉

I have downloaded the fix file again and re installed the files, now the game does not even start when i try to launch the game?

Have anyone experienced that the brazilian club names back to the 3 letters in the middle of the game?
in my save there is 3 clubs with real names and the rest is only 3 letters
But when i started the save all the clubs had the real names
