I'm having trouble with this. I've tried the FM base version as well without success - whatever I do, none of the changes go through. I have followed the instructions to the letter as well as tried applying this fix to a new install of the game, but Juve stay Zebre and the PL stays the Premier Division. Anyone got any help for me?
