You would have to take over the "Arrange Friendlies" option yourself on the Staff Responsibilites screen instead of your Assman and then cancel the ones you didn't want, but be careful as I did this in FM11 I think it was and then found that it was very difficult to get clubs to agree to a friendly. I did it in the end but wished I had just left it to the Assman. What I will do now is if the Assman arranged friendlies end too soon eg 2-3 weeks prior to season opener I will take over the arrange friendly option and arrange a weekend super cup tournament. This will get you another two games against opposition of your choice. Just remember that if you finished 3rd or 4th in the EPL eg you will have to play pre season qualifiers which may not show if you arrange a tournament too soon.

I only have 6 basic team instructions: Retain Possession - Play Out Of Defence - Much Higher DL - Play Offside Trap - Much Lower Tempo - Be More Expressive. These are my basic TI's for my main Control tactic, I also set up two other similar formations, one with Attack Mentality + Play Wider and one with Counter Mentality + Play Narrower. I then add other TI's as needed on a match to match basis.

Excuse my ignorance but I am 65 and not very PC adept. Anyway I downloaded and installed the Megapack v7.0 and followed the instructions and all went well. I imported them into the game via the instructions given and they all appear in my game now. I have now downloaded updates v7.1,7.2 and 7.3 but am unsure how I add them to the megapack folder in the graphics folder. Do I just unzip them then cut and paste the pics into the main folder in order or is there another way?. I have looked for a how to here but although the install instructions for the main pack are there I am unsure how to add the update packs.
