First of all, to keep things structured, I recommend that you move all the player images into a dedicated cut-out folder as, from what I can see, they're placed in the Metallic logo pack section. In itself, it shouldn't cause problems, but it's better to have things organised.

Secondly, and more crucially, there's only 13557 files in the MP folder so you are missing over 90% of the total MP image count so no wonder you're not getting anything. Either you transfer the whole lot from your D folder, or you re-download everything all over again...


As always, it`s something simple that is going wrong. I`ll have to download it again, since the megapack from D has 13k files as well, don`t know why . I feel a little embarrassed for not noticing something simple like that. Thank you again.

Are you using Windows 7? Windows 7 creates 2 Sports Interactive folders within Documents (for some unfathomable reason) and it could be you placed the graphics folder in the wrong one.

If that's not the solution, I would appreciate seeing a screenshot of your MP folder, with the folder path clearly visible.


I already had it checked (the thing with 2 Sports interactive folders in Documents) before posting here.

P.S. I tried moving all the pictures in a Players folder and so on. I hope these pictures help you figuring out. I didn`t manage to figure it out. Thank you for your help mate.

There must be something wrong with your setup although everything you describe seems to be in order. Do you have any other facepacks installed perhaps?


No other facepacks installed so I don`t get it. On my pc it works fine. If you need more info, let me know and I`ll provide it. I must be doing something wrong and I`m not noticing it...

Hi there. So until now I played FM 13 on my pc and the facepack was working properly. Now I installed the game on my laptop, downloaded the facepack, the logos etc. Everything works fine except for the facepack.

The faces are in the right spot: C:Users/Myuser/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/graphics
I have the 116k files (didn`t get time to get the rest of the updates), I have the xml file that has the size of 8.9 mb

At the interface area I unthicked Use catching to decrease and I checked Reload skin

I am using win 7 and the game is through steam if that helps...

So any tips, am I doing something wrong ? Thank you for your help.
