is there any way you could update the lithuanian league? If you would here's some info, if you don't have time or aren't willing, just ignore the post bellow.

Here's a bit of info on my team that I know best
Vilnius Zalgiris - The team this year is ambitious and has a 9 mln litas budget(2.7 mln eur) . Which is double from last year and many times bigger than any other club in Lithuania. Sources (in Lithuanian from club's management) - http://www.eurofootball.lt/nw_index.php?page=nw_news&id=33377

Also highest payed players are Lithuanian international veteran Deividas Semberas (who took a huge pay cut to be able to play in his first career team) and Polish exinternational Jakub Wilk, both earn around 4k eur a month.

Andrezinho, A.Švrljuga, A.Jedigarian, S.Nyuiadzi (imo he's a very nice player with great vision, passing/crossing skills, and very nice finishing, has quite a big of potential to be a solid player and is quite underrated) and Pilibaitis earn up to 3k eur a month including bonuses. Players still don't earn that much, and club left quite a lot of spare money in the budget, because they are aiming to get to UEFA Europa League Group stages in the summer. With the spare money they will buy more quality players. (Last year they almost qualified, only had to beat 1 more team). Source - http://www.zalgiris-vilnius.lt/naujienos/n3314_%E2%80%9Ezalgiris%E2%80%9C_kurpia_ambicingus_planus.html . The director says "before champions league qualifications, we'll get at least 2-3 more players to make the team stronger"

There are 2 nice players (Mantas Kuklys and Egidijus Vaitkūnas) on loan at a Czech team Bohemians 1905 (a team Zalgiris are partners with, believe you call it a sister club? where clubs have close relations and exchange players, have friendlies etc.) until the end of the season in Czech republic, and will re-join Zalgiris to help them get to european club stages. Official website's source - http://www.zalgiris-vilnius.lt/naujienos/n3222_zalgirieciai_lieka_cekijoje.html

Team squad (official site) - http://www.zalgiris-vilnius.lt/apie_komanda/sudetis?sezonas=2014
Players in Grey on the bottom are on loan. Komolov, Kuklys and Vaitkunas until summer 2014.

The stadium, is not Darius ir Girenas like it was mistaken in FM 2013, it's actually a very small, but modern stadium with potential to be expanded - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LFF_Stadium

In the Lithuanian league, other teams budgets or expectations to achieve something in europe are very small. Budgets didn't change much at all. Only changes are that 2 new teams are playing in the A lyga - Klaipedos Granitas and FK Trakai. And ofc personel and player movements, however the salaries and everything are spot on on your pack.

Well I really really hope you will make the Lithuanian leagues and if you do, hope this info is of any use. The structure you have on your pack is correct, and all the team's budgets are correct except Zalgiris. Hopefully you'll find time to make player and personel adjustements and make a lot of lithuanian football fans very happy.

Lithuania is unfortunately outdated, new season started this month . I would've loved to play with my beloved Zalgiris there are quite a few new players.
