someone could say me where i could find french ligue2, please?

Hy everybody,
i'm trying to do a database. I've created a new nation with some leagues but i've some problems.
In first, i can't get the national team into international competitions (uefa nations league/ Euro nations/ world cup fifa)
In second i would like:
insert the winner to the first league into champions league
the 2nd and the third into europa league
the winner to the national cup into eurpa league.

Please if someone could help me?

Yes i have seen that it were some other scoreboard into this skins. and i would like how to change cfm scoreboard by an other.
