now it works! i tried different settings and switched my editor files with new ones..

I want to play with Hamburg. I thought its becuase of their owe.
But then i have tried different "rich" teams like Arsenal, Manchester United. Always the same..
I "simulate" till next season, but nothing changed: the budgets are always blocked..

Or maybe there are conflicts with editor files like "Real Name fix" or "german Name fix"?

I startet the new season on May 2nd a few times. But with every Team i try i cannot adjust the budget. And every Team had a lot of debts.

Is this normal? I "played" until July to see if there any changes.. but nothing changed..

Is this a bug?
