So, I just found the problem, As you said, I forgot that I put a backup of my old config in my football manager 2021 file, and it seems this is what caused the problem even though I didn't put it in the graphics file, thank you so much for your help, you are the best.

Still doesn't work, I don't really know what is the problem, everything else like logo and kits work perfectly fine.

So few days ago I add some picture for the youngster that not available in my current megapack individually, then I do the usual thing, clear the cache and reloading the skin, but the player faces doesn't showed up on the game. So, I tried to download the megapack latest update and overwrite everything, it work for the newly added face but all the other faces suddenly disappeared. So, now I tried the fmxml and the graphics configuration program, I made my own config file but all the face is gone now, It doesn't show any player or staff face. (I got like 20k+ pic if I'm not mistaken)

I already download it, and overwrite the old one but it still doesn't work, could you help me please?
