So I use this file with E22-EnglandtoLevel22ADVANCED2.0 and I can't choose England on the country selection menu, and I wonder why is that happening. Can you help me with my issue?

Sorry for delay mate - you can't be using anything else that modifies the same database, such as player updates. If any player moved to England, or out of England, to any of the affected leagues, it'll break it.
