@mons the cuts in this pack required your attention, blurry cuts and snows all over the place.

@Kotyora Sometimes while it is understandable that the sources available are bad, it probably would be better to leave it as not having a cut if the only options available are bad.

Are you not able to submit these Dijon images as a teampack? It would save you having to request them all individually

While it may save time, there is a tendency and risk that teampacks never gets cut while individual requests usually gets deal with within a month so I guess it is kind of understandable?

@derd24 what you had uploaded is the same source but smaller, which was of inferior quality than the existing one. Please check whether there is an existing similar/better source pending before uploading in the future.

@Brayansteven18 please refer to the guidelines provided within the forum.

All cuts must include a collar of some sort and you can rely on means such as nudging the collar or adding a collar onto the cut etc. (Often referred as plastic surgery and not liked but yeah, this is how this site works so get on with it)

Also I can see you have adjusted the brightness and such, but it seemed that you had overdone it.

Thanks for letting me know. I always check my cuts against a light and dark background and didn't notice anything but I'll go through them all again. Any cuts in particular you have noticed snow?

Also, I appreciate this is only a thread for Football Manager cuts but seeing as this is being posted on the thread for Christian Eriksen I feel I should say my main thoughts right now are on him and his family and the good news of his stable condition. 🇩🇰🇩🇰🇩🇰

My thoughts are also with Eriksen as well, and hope he can get well and play football again.

Referring to the cuts, most noticeable would be Kasper Hjulmand , Anders Christiansen, Martin Braithwaite, Yussuf Poulsen and Joakim Mæhle

Though you probably should go through all of them

@AatM you may want to check your cut in a dark background, huge parts of snow and/or background required to be removed.

Try to use the clone stamping technique taught to deal with this cut.

@77david54 appreciate the cut but there is still some snow, especially around the hair on the left (our right, the person left). You may want to try the snow removal technique to deal with this one

There i don't know what to say.
First , it is you who asks for the source , i save you time by posting it.
Secondly , @Ttggfr does exactly the same by copying and pasting the image , you never told him anything.
Thirdly , i'm limited to ten submissions and i get cut one in ten images after three weeks. You , you have no submissions limitations.
When we propose a better source to be of service , it is unfair that it is in our name , we should be able to put it in the name of whoever requested the image first. If i use the button “ upload image ” , i know i will have to cut it and i prefer to cut higher priority players who don't have a cut out face or a little cut (180 X 180 ).

Well I usually do this when I have used up all of my 10 quotas (most of the times). And time and time I had been using my limited quotas for sources that helped others to give their desired players a better cut. Although I agree that I probably should not have posted the source in the comments if that is causing nuisance, and after this I will just stop doing that.

Agree with the last point that you made, felt like kind of unfair that our quotas would be used when we are simply helping out the others by providing better sources, but I guess that is only the case due to the limitations of the website.
