That would be something on your end, if you ask on the sports interactive forum original thread, they should be able to help you try to fix it. But I can assure you that images do match the IDs, you just have some conflicting graphics / mods or config fil...
I have checked and there are no issues playing in the South American League. All the leagues run perfectly!
