Probably a daft question but do I need to download every single individual update since I last downloaded the complete pack?

I've got 365,780 in there.  There's 378,397 in the 'iconfaces' folder, though. Would that suggest that I've missed one of the packs?

One of them “2022.01” is 16,002,892 KB.The other “2022.00.part01” is 976,563 KB.I don't think it tells me anywhere in terms of number of actual pictures.Here is a screenshot of the graphics folder, in case that helps.

Interesting - I've just noticed that the icon faces are working, but the normal faces aren't.

It's the default black face.

The contents of the icon folder has now been moved, with the 40k one now deleted. Now the faces and icon faces have 257k items in. There are no sub-folders in either. The interface screen:
