Thank you. I've downloaded the entire pack as suggested but running into the following error message when extracting. I don't suppose you recognise it at all?

Probably a daft question but do I need to download every single individual update since I last downloaded the complete pack?

Ah yes, that did the trick. Thank you very much!

I've got 365,780 in there.
There's 378,397 in the 'iconfaces' folder, though. Would that suggest that I've missed one of the packs?

Thanks for the reply. Is this what you needed to see?

Apologies if this is a) a stupid question or b) a question that has been asked before, but -
While 99% of faces appear as they should, there are random people whose faces don't. I'm sure it's my mistake in how I've installed the facepack, but my question is - is there a way to manually add in specific people's faces without having to start the download/installation process again? And if so, how?
I've just started as Napoli for example and even though I'm sure his face is in the facepack, Victor Osimhen's face is not in my game. Anyone know how I can fix this?
Thanks.

One of them “2022.01” is 16,002,892 KB.
The other “2022.00.part01” is 976,563 KB.
I don't think it tells me anywhere in terms of number of actual pictures.
Here is a screenshot of the graphics folder, in case that helps.

Again, apologies if its been covered before, but I have another question. I have downloaded 2022.00 and 2022.01…
However, when I go to extract them I get the following error message
It says I need to have part 2 in order to continue extraction, but I haven't seen a part 2 anywhere. Could anyone help?

Hi guys, sorry if this has been covered before - I downloaded the full face pack for FM20, but didn't play FM21. Now on FM22, should I be downloading the 25 or so individual updates since my last download? Or am I better off just starting afresh and downloading the full FM22 pack?
There's loads of these going back to 12.09. I'm assuming the file size is smaller so even though there's a lot of update packs it'd still be quicker than starting again, but would like to double check before spending hours going through them all, cheers!

Oh wow. It was as simple as unticking 'use caching to decrease page loading times' when I reloaded the skin. Now I feel stupid haha. Thanks for the help mate!

I thought that but didn't want to delete just in case! Will get rid of them now.
There are 257k files in the folder. And yeah, the config file is also there...

Sorry mate. Deleted them as I meant to post as screenshots (which still haven't worked), but they should show from the link above I think.

Ah. I've just tried and all of the badges and kits work, but the faces aren't showing. My files are set up as shown below, I copied the whole folder over from FM20 to make sure everything is the exact same so not sure why they'd work on FM20 but not FM18, any ideas?

I don't mind if a handful of players won't have faces in FM18, but just wanted to check if it'd work in general? The downloads for the FM20 pack took ages and I don't want to go through downloading everything again if I can help it!

The contents of the icon folder has now been moved, with the 40k one now deleted. Now the faces and icon faces have 257k items in. There are no sub-folders in either.
The interface screen:

Sortitoutsi folder -
Faces folder -
I have just noticed the sub-folder in the faces folder (it only shows up when the folder is fully loaded I think), please see below:
The iconfaces pack from the last screenshot has around 40k items in.
Should I delete the sub-folder?

Ah right, thanks very much! I've now got my files set up as follows:
There is 257k in the faces folder and around 235k in the icon faces folder. Not entirely sure why there's a difference but at least I know most of them are there. I've done the reload skin but the faces are not appearing. I believe I've sorted my folders properly, and there is also a config file in each of the 'faces' and 'icon faces' folders for good measure. Any idea why they wouldn't be showing in game? Thanks again.

I've recently got a new laptop so over the past few days I've downloaded the player faces mega pack from scratch, see below:
I've extracted 'sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_12.00.part1' which has gone into the 'faces' folder at the top of the screen. Seems to have worked fine, there are 235,294 items in there.
The problem comes when I try to extract the second part. Firstly, when extracting, it automatically creates another 'sortitoutsi' and 'faces' folder within the 'faces' folder already created when I extracted part 1. I'm not sure if this will stop FM detecting the pictures or if I can just sort this out manually. The main issue, however, is that it seems to contain the exact same faces as part 1. Should this be the case?
I'm not sure if I'm just missing something but I wanted to check before going through each part of the megapack.
Any help would be appreciated, cheers.
