Thanks! I finally found the folder on Mac. The path is [User]/shared/Epic Games I had applied the fix and I am able to manage the Japanese nation now! Thank you very much!

Thanks for pointing it out. But, I don't have the steam folder within my Mac… It only has the Sport Interactive folder… ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/ -→ Doesn't exists… Please refer to my screenshot.
I don't have the “data” folder. So, I am unable to remove the fake.lnc and nleague.lnc files.I am using the “editor data” folder for the updates.
I had applied this fix but when I attempted to start a new game, I am unable to manage either the Japan or Germany team. I would love to manage the Japan team. What else should I do? Thanks!
