Got it working now. My folder structure was wrong before. The correct structure should be: graphics\URANFacePack\players\male. Then in FM.Z tools, you should select the URANFacePack folder (or whatever you might have called it) and NOT any of the subfolde...
Did you manage to make it work? Their website states that the pack only works with FM.Z tools, but I can't make it work. Nothing happens when I click “Replace Faces”…
