I turned the head slightly and tried to make the skin color look a little more natural.But I didn't succeed perfectly either ;-)

I tried to remove the image noise with a tool.The original source is actually large enough, but unfortunately this effect is stored in it.Maybe you can make something out of it.
Why was the picture rejected?Unfortunately I haven't found a better source.
Thanks for your advice.In some pictures there is simply no collar to be seen. That makes it particularly difficult.But I'll try to implement it in the next pictures. Thank you very much.
Could someone please upload the nations logos in normal size until update FM 20 v3 for me?
