Yeah it kinda works out of the box, but the regens have their faces zoomed in a little in FM16, which messes up it somewhat. Especially if there's a beard. It's gonna require a lot of work as each of the hair styles must be resized manually.

To be completely honest I liked the old layout a lot more, but I guess it will just take some time to get used to the new look. It would be great if you could make the news bar on the right optional as at least I don't find any real use for it.
