Is there any way to make a couple of transfers yourself? I tried using export and import but I cannot get it working? Is there a guide for dummies or anything?

I added the Christma sortitoutsi update so all current transfers are done. I'm going into the editor to attempt to change a couple myself but it isn't working even after I save it. Is there a way to do this?
