Was it Alan Curbishley or Ray Wilkins that suggested Fulham go after a divisional rival's best young first-team player? I can't imagine Rene going in for such a stupid transfer without at least one of them supporting it.

Morrison seems like more trouble than he's worth, i know its abit rich coming from a Liverpool fan but he just seems to spend most of his time arguing with his team mates

The two clubs that want him are Fulham and Cardiff.

Both are now managed by former United back room staff who have worked with him before, so I don't think they are too concerned about that.

Plus Anderson was pictured arriving in Florence today, apparently a loan deal with an option to buy for about £5M. Depressing when you think about how much we paid for him.

Ji Dong-Won has agreed a four-year deal to join Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund in the summer - a day after leaving Sunderland for Augsburg.

The South Korea international, 22, left the Premier League strugglers for an undisclosed fee on Thursday to join Augsburg until the end of the season.
And within 24 hours it was announced he will join Bundesliga rivals Dortmund on a free transfer in July.

Ji looks set to replace Bayern Munich-bound Robert Lewandowski.


Interesting move.

They obviously feel he has untapped potential that Sunderland have been unable to bring out of him.

And like Reality Check said, he's not meant to be Lewandowski's replacement, they brought in Aubameyang for that.
