Those images had been taken from Fire 6.0 skin which is from Posh the owner of fmreporter forum and also is available from the workshop you can either use the skin to have them showing up in game or you can copy the trophies folder into the skin or your graphics folder...

Location in the skin folder: skins\Fire 6.0\graphics\pictures

Add to alternative skin skins\*skin name*\graphics\pictures

Or place in the Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics\pictures

I use the 3rd option, but if a skin has a trophies collection inside then the skins trophies override the main folder
