I imagine it is something to do with validating that you are not attempting to purchase the game from a country in which the game is banned. But without specific details I cannot say (I do not have access to the details of your order).
I will contact Nexway to enquire as to the nature of this request.
EDIT: after a bit of Googling it seems that this is Nexway's standard practice when the payment details do not match the recipient details (e.g. if buying for a friend). Although I will still post here when I get an official response from Nexway
Well that shoudn't be the case, the game is not banned in Jamaica and my paypal details should match up with what I entered. unless, wait I think my postal codes didn't match up. The one I entered is different from the one stored on my paypal account, I didn't think it would matter :/
