Extract the 7z file (you may need winrar or 7zip) into your skins folder (this should be Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/skins).
If you don't have a skins folder, just create it, and make sure the steklo_x3 and steklo_x3fmc folder inside the 7z file is placed directly inside the skins folder, and not a subfolder of it.
If you've got a previous version, go back to the default skin, then delete the old steklo_x3 folders before installing the new version

I have tried the changes but I'm guessing I did something wrong as it didn't work for me.
Also can someone advise where the background folder should go, and how it should be named, I am wondering if that is the problem.

Loving the Steklo skin. however since updating to 13.1.3, it hasn't been working for me. my game keeps crashing as it is about to enter the intro screen, and my PC reports a serious error has occured and error files get put into the crash dump folder.. the only way i can get my game to work is to completely delete the steklov3 folder in my skins folder.. hope you can sort this out as i am a huge fan of this aesthetic skin!

Absolutely no idea.
That's a largeish change, I'll have to see if I've got time to do it.
Nice easy one, edit steklo_x3/settings/steklo_x3 settings.xml and find the text "average rating", then change the red green blue settings, save, then reload the skin.
As above, just search for "attribute analyser line" instead.

You can't and they aren't meant to show on the overview widget. If you go to split view, they show up.

At first, thank you so much for the awesome skin. Dark theme is generally elegant thing, but yours is truly the best one for FM13 (or at least the best one I've found so far
But after latest 13.1.3 patch I've noticed one troublesome flaw. During match I simpy can't view game higjlights in a full screen mode. Instead of it, i see only a background (http://screencast.com/t/3KvRWwYa6). In a split mode everything looks ok (http://screencast.com/t/CiqfO7hrVse)
I am using Steklo from 24.11.2012.
Any help is highly appreciated

Two suggestions for improvement:
Make the selected inbox item darker blue to stand out more from the other items.
Make drop down menus non-transparent. These can be hard to read when opened with background text behind it.

And last, the size of the faces in the player profile and the attributes?
