Graphics on External Hard Drive

I'm running a little low on my internal hard drive space, I would like to know how to setup the game to call for the graphics from y external hard drive please?

I've managed to change my default steamapps location to my EHD but after uninstalling and then reinstalling FM15 my Sports Interactive folder is still in my documents folder.

I'm running OS X 10.10.5.
