Hi. Not played FM for many years. Excuse me if this has been asked before. I'd like to install the mega facepack which is 8.5GB. Due to size, it's split into 20+ download files. If I subscribe to this site will it enable me to download in one file at a fast dl speed?

Yes it will.

There is also the option of downloading it, for free, via torrent

Just started fm 2016 and downloaded mega face pack and installed okay. just downloaded two logos packs but cannot get them to work.
Instructions say clear cache - but can't find where to do this. Any assistance would be appreciated.
