To have your crop tool set for 180x180 do this:
Click on the crop tool.Under the File Edit Image Layer etc you will see options for crop tool.On the drop down menu select W x H x Resolution .In two fields to the right type 180 px .That's it.
You can use arrow keys to move the square around.Click and drag the center points of square lines to fit the head nicely.

Yes mate,that's it.
Now you only have to click and hold those notches on the middle of lines and move them to fit the head (after doing the cut ofc)
