It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

The torrent is broken down, but tbh the issue you're having is probably more to do with the software you're using to unzip it...are you Mac or PC? There are some better (free) unzipping apps that could help.

In addition to what Rowan rightly said, I would specifically recommend Winrar as that's the program used to compress the pack in the first place...

I am spending quite a bit of time downloading each of the individual folders for this cutout facepack, but when I went to extract the first one that downloaded I was very disappointed to get the attached error stating, "A failure has occurred. The structure of the archive is damaged."
What does this mean, and how can I fix it? If I cannot fix it, how can I get a corrected download quickly to replace this one without having to start this whole process over?

I suggest downloading the file via torrent so that you avoid having to download large files separately, first of all.
Secondly, I have no idea what program it is you are using to extract the files. I suggest Winrar

I am using the Mac default called StuffIt Expander. This morning I actually got it to start working, but once it loaded all the way it gave me the same error message again. Are you sure this is an issue with the program and not the file?
Unfortunately I can't torrent as I am using my work laptop and don't have a VPN, so I'm trying to be careful with everything.

I have a mac and it unzipped with no problem using The Unarchiver. (I have had problems with Stuffit before, so that may be your issue)

Okay, I tired iZip and that wasn't working either so I downloaded The Unarchiver and used it instead. It seems to be working, but at the end I get the attached error message. When I hit "continue" it creates a folder of faces anyway, but all 1, 2, and 3 downloads create the same folder with the same 57,513 faces each time!! Am I just downloading the same folder in each download? Aren't they supposed to be different portions of a larger whole? I am completely baffled by this process and have no idea why it's seemingly made to be as difficult as possible to work out.
There clearly seems to be some problem with your files or download system unless I am somehow really making some mistake.

Sorry, thought you were downloading the Premium "all in one" off our servers, there could be a problem with the x3 part elements, however we have had thousands of downloads of this file from users like yourself with no problem. We are talking about a 10.5gb folder, so it's not an easy thing!
I'm sorry to ask this as I'm sure it's not the case but you must wait until all the parts have fully downloaded and not been interrupted? (this sometimes causes issues when trying to re-join on the unzip)

I suppose I can keep trudging along downloading each folder and then try to extract all at once but I don't want to sink this many hours into it if they are not going to work, also I worry I will crash the program by trying to unarchive so much at once...

If you were up-to-date with 10.12, you should have 208,823 images in your megapack folder (and probably a little bit more). If that is the case, then all you need to do is download the 11.0 and 11.01 update packs

The only way the game can be crashing due to facepacks and/or any custom graphics is if you did not install them in the right place. Can we have a screenshot of where you installed them on your computer and more details on the crash please?

I genuinely can't see anything wrong. The player is included in the config file and in update pack 11.01, and he's displaying in my game. That said, I continually update my config file to take into account new cuts added to my folder from here, so it could be that it's now correct. I'll add it to 11.02 to be safe, but in the meantime try generating a new config file using fmXML, maybe that'll work for you. Do you know how to do this?
