@mons If you prefer, here's a 180x180 cut (without the upscale loss of the 250x250 version):
I probably think it's better in 180x180, but I'll have to check to be sure

I would have preferred the 180x180 as it's not very focused, but this cut for the same guy had been produced some time ago and I think it's actually better than both these ones here
