@Seraskhov, please don't try and work around the request limit by making requests intentionally in the wrong category. Just be a bit patient and wait for your pending cuts to be dealt with; it won't be long until they are. Everybody else abides with these rules and I don't see why you shouldn't. I've changed the category this time round, but I'll reject the cut next time round
