It looks like you may have installed it incorrectly. Which version of the megapack did you download? How many images in total do you have in your megapack folder? Can you post a screenshot of it perhaps?

i donwloaded the 11.08 version. is there anyway i can just add this particular picture to the facepack manually? i have no idea how this works... lol

The 11.08 version should include this cut. If it doesn't, then you either haven't downloaded it correctly or you haven't installed it correctly.
This thread outlines how to add individual or multiple cuts to your megapack, but I'd be wary of doing it if you haven't installed the megapack itself yet...

Get the whole 11.08 megapack.
Update packs only contain a relatively small amount of cuts released since the previous update pack, whereas the whole megapack contains, well, the whole thing
Too small to be an improvement since the existing megapack cut is of a good quality already.
