However, there is still a bit of grey snow in the hair details and please remember not to cut-off the shoulders before the full width of the cut is reached. I've made some modifications accordingly and kept the old version for ease of comparison:

Also, when the face is slightly slanting to one side, it would be better if before starting the cut you rotated the source so that it's as perpendicular as possible. 3-4 degrees clockwise in this case would have been sufficient. Now that it's been cropped already, rotating it would leave a gap, so I couldn't do it in this case.
