Looks like the researcher got confused with the somewhat common name and changed his details later on. I'll remove 22059695 from the config - but I can't remove him from whichever update pack he was added in and he'll still appear in the database on this site, though not in-game

But...
This might be one of the biggest updates,but also one of the worse due to the quality...It's become all about quantity.
Many "newer images" and "improvements" are not newer/improvements in almost half of the cases.So I would like to ask all cuters and requesters to be sure that images are really most recent and best possible quality available.Ofc newer image doesn't always mean better.
Many cuts are done just because upsize to 250x250,but many sources are not even good enough for quality 180x180 cuts.So,for all cuters,please guys don't cut them as 250x at any cost.I would really like more quality 180x180 cut,than 250x250 cut without hair details,with "chicken neck",blur,etc.
Many cuters counts too much on remove.bg.It's not enough just to put source image into remove.bg,crop it and that's it.Remove.bg in most cases,especially with less quality sources will cut off all hair details.Please guys put more efforts in hair details,many cuts are missing a large number of hair details according to the original sources.
In this update we have very large number of cuts with too long neck,without shirts,even every cut must have at least some small part of the shirt visiable.Cuts should be rotated to have both eyes in the same line.
In this thread we have a tips for every single problem above.So,just use them,it's not that hard.

I noticed that after the latest update, the missing image of Kwame Kizito 13195954 didn't appear, although it was cut in time. It must have been missed so hopefully it can be scooped up in the next update. Cheers

I'm aware there were a number of cuts missed in 12.05, which were cut in the evening/night between the 15 and 16 January. I've saved them all now and will make sure they're added in 12.06

There are close to 500,000 persons in the FM database. This pack contains cut-outs for just under 250,000 people. If the community updated all the images every year, we'd need a workforce of hundreds of cutters at least. We already do a heck of a lot given the small size of this community.
We have a request forum here. If you'd like to request any particular sources, you can do so there, making sure you read and follow the guidelines to making requests.
The image you have posted looks to be of Junior Moraes. As you can see, he has a good cut and it was released around March last year. To be honest, the source you've posted doesn't look like much of an improvement to me.

Since the 12.0 base pack was released at the end of October, over 14,000 new cut-outs have been added and countless other improvements. In just over 2 years, over 75,000 250x250 cut-outs have been added as well. All this work wouldn't have happened without the fantastic efforts of our small collection of talented and hard-working cutters, who do all this for free, and of the requesters who provide the sources for cutting. Well done one and all
