Not a bad cut, but cutouts should be 250*250px, or 180*180px if the source is poor quality/too low resolution. I've enlarged the source image so it's large enough for a 250px cutout.

Not too bad. There are a few loose pixels on our right of the collar, and the cut should be in 250x250 or 180x180, but it's otherwise perfectly fine.
