I would like to ask you once more,since we already had discussion about that.
Leave the shoulders as much as you can in the borders of 250x250 cut.
We had both your sources at original request including current (I've post all of them),but current one is done as most recent.What's bad,is that the cutter decide to cut off his shoulders.Still both of these are older than current or less quality so this is not an improvement.

As a image wich is from 2014/15 I'm affraid it's not good enough.
