You need to copy and overwrite the faces and the new config file from the update pack into the faces folder.

It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

You've downloaded the update packs only then. You need to download the base megapack, i.e. the 12.0 torrent., then install all the update packs in order

I really don't know what to say. It's working fine here so the issue must be somehow at your end. What error message is displayed? Have you tried using Google Chrome to download it?

Yes, I use google chrome. The message is: Failure - Network error.
I already disabled antivirus and firewall and it didn't work.
I don't know if the information is useful, but I live in Brazil and I don't appreciate the option to choose a mirror before downloading it.

I managed to download it through the torrent file.
The error message is really simple, no more than what I put.
When I click on the error message a text appears with the possible problems, but I have tried everything based on the message.
I accessed the page https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/style/1/cut-out-player-faces by clicking on the Download the complete package button before downloading the torrent.

Good to see you've downloaded it. Remember that the torrent is the base pack and that to be up-to-date, you'd have to download the 8 subsequent update packs and install them sequentially.

The screenshot in your other post seems to indicate that the download is being interrupted (I don't speak Portuguese sorry so I may be completely wrong)

By clicking on this button in your print, a cut-out-player-faces.html file is created.

That's strange, for me the download continues normally. Do you have Winrar installed? Can you try with Winrar associated to compressed files?

No, I have installed it is 7-Zip. The html file is very different in size than it should be if it were the right file, 363 KB.

I don't know what to tell you. It looks like the issue is at your end somehow, but I can't seem to understand what it is. Are you using a download manager? Can you try downloading it in incognito mode to see if the issue persists?

I tested the anonymous tab in the chrome browser, but it didn't work. I tried to use VPN for a server in the USA to download it through chrome, but it also didn't work.
Never mind, downloading the torrent file worked.

When I look in the Netherlands National Team Profile Page there are no pictures of Van Dijk, D.Blind and the Manager. Than I go to Liverpool to check the players Van Dijk photo is shown in there.
I go back to National Team and it is now shown in there too. After wandering around other teams i check Netherlands again and pictures are gone again.
Do you have any idea where it is related to? I mean the picture is there but not shown sometimes.

Due to licensing restrictions, player faces are not displayed when viewed through the national team pages for some Dutch players and all French players. The issue is fixed with this file.

I have the database files in place. I only don't have the editor files because of Gamepass. Maybe their absence is causing trouble then.

a) That's not how the lnc folder should look. Have a look at the screenshot of that folder in the main post of the other thread to see what I mean; the all, greek and temporary should be removed
b) There's also another file related to this issue in the edt/permanent folder, which again needs to look the same as in the screenshot in the other thread.
Gamepass users may have some issues getting that fix to work fully and as intended, but that's not got anything to do with the cut-out faces megapack...

Sadly it keeps getting a Network Error and won't resume. This is infuriating. Madness that there aren't 2 or 3 smaller files to avoid this situation.

No, I got about 6gb through, paused the download, went to resume and it immediately gave me a network error failed message and wouldn't resume from that point.

It's just not meant to be it looks like. Tried a download manager, let it run for a while, hit pause, then resume, and failed again.

I think i've found a download manager that lets you find the new link if you have to pause after the link has expired (basically go back and click "Download Pack" again) and it picks up where the first one left off. Will report back if/when it's successful.

I have recently download the full 15.2GB cut out player faces megapack. When I attempt to extract the file with either Winrar or 7-Zip, the estimated extraction time is greater than 12 hours. Is this usual for the extraction speed? I appreciate the file is large but wasn't expecting it to take quite that long!
