Smoothness of the game vs Player position

Hey everyone It's me again... I'm curious how player role can affect liquidity of the team.

First Scenario: Imagine that your team is full of SINGLE Position players. Central Midfielder is Central midfielder only, Left winger is left winger only etc. Having 11 players who can play only at one position, and then you are pressing the button to engage all players in fully liquid team - to switch positions in fly.
Would that cost you? what about a performance, results etc.

Second scenario: Lets create a ultimate team - team who has 10 players who can play at every possible role expect goalkeeper, from libero to forward from right to left. and You do the same - play as a liquid.

Third scenario: Well its in the middle of those two. Let's say that every defender player can play on every defense role, midfielders could play at every midfield role, and same with forwards. Again you force your team to exchange positions on the fly.

PLEASE NOTE:
We are talking about imaginary team - to avoid meaningless talking about positioning lets say that EVERY PLAYER STAT is set to 20 expect injury proneness, dirtiness, and controversy. Roles are also set to 20, Formation knowledge ( every single stats when it comes to formation) is also set to max.

Which one of the team would You choose, which one would have the best "match performance"
