However, please read this thread so that you can be aware that (a) only 2-3 pixels beneath the chin are necessary and (b) that in cases like this source where the neck is slightly longer, what technique needs to be used so that there is a collar and only 2-3 pixels beneath the chin
Also, what program(s) and techniques are you using? The cut's edges are quite jagged and I think remove.bg would produced something a bit more smoother

I was just freehanding it with a layer mask in photoshop, I've given it another shot using refine edge and shifting his shoulders up
