Detailed description on how to download update?

Hi.

Can someone please give me a very detailed description on how to download the latest squads from Sortitoutsi to a Mac OS Catalina?

I can't find Sports Interactive in My Documents folder, and thereafter I'm unsure where exactly to put the sortitoutsi-map. I've tried so many various things now for hours and nothing seems to work for me, even reinstalled the game a couple of times after messing around with the maps unsuccessfully... getting quite frustrating.

Would greatly appreciate a very detailed description for dummies on how to do this. Most preferably a video Thanks in advance!

From FM20 onwards, there's been a substantial change to how Mac FM documents are stored. Previously the files would automatically go in the Documents folder here:

Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Documents/Sports Interactive

Now the files will instead appear in the following location:

Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive

By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:

Open Finder
Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key
This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter then go to ‘Application Support’ -> ‘Sports Interactive’ -> ‘Football Manager 2020’

Go to editor data and place the extracted files you've downloaded in there.
