This file is intended for FM13.3, and will need to be re-applied if/when patches/updates are released to ensure full compatibility. This is due to the fact that some files which are removed when installing this file are re-installed when patches come out.
Magrippinho very helpfully created a YouTube video on how this file should be installed. Some of the contents are different - but the procedure is identical.
Or, you can follow the below instructions to install this file:
Step 1: Go to
PC
Step 2: Delete the dbc, edt and lnc folders from the folder above
Step 3: Copy the dbc, edt and lnc folder from this download into the folder mentioned in step 1.
Step 4: Go to:
Step 6: Keeping the folder in step 5 open, go back to the file you downloaded and open the folder named "editor data files".
Step 7: Copy the 30 files in the folder from step 6 into the folder mentioned in step 5.
To check if the file is working, go to the Champions Cup and EURO Vase, and they should be renamed to Champions League and Europa League respectively. If you are in the middle of a save-game, German national teams will be populated in the next instance that players are called up, and not instantly.

I've corrected my original post. The folder named should be editor data, as always.
The ones in my download are the same as the ones in the new folders, bar a couple which are licensing-related and which I've removed.

As explained in my post, these files should go into the 1330 folder and not the 1300 one.
I've no idea sorry. It's just a case of placing the files in the right place and you shouldn't need to activate anything.

So the content of database folder for the 1300 and 1330 will be different? What if I copied the entire 3 folders from the 1300 folder and then overwrite it with the newest update? Is that the correct way? Thanks before and sorry for bothering you with these questions.

Download the new files and place them in the 1330 folder.
This way, existing save games will use the old files and new games will use the new ones. This avoids any possible conflicts etc.

does these 1330 have any differences from the 1300? (in compatibility terms, not in added info)
because i will use the 1300 db, i will not start a new game, and i wanted to know if i should overwrite these on my 1300 and add my additions.

It works for 13.3.2 too, yes.
You're doing something wrong. Watch the video again, carefully, and try to work it out. How can you tell it's not working? If the Capital One Cup is showing correctly, then everything else should, unless you've made a big mistake yourself somewhere.
I can't see the screenshot. Do you have any editor data files? Perhaps they are not compatible with 13.3.

I downloaded the files again when the 13.3 patch came out and put them in the right place...all fine and everything. I just wondered now that there's been a couple more updates, 13.3.2, do I need to do it again if I'm going to start a new game later, or will the fact I copied the files over after 13.3 be fine for starting a new game?
