Meant to label as game ready not source ^

No worries, that's easily sorted.

I'm afraid these are all rather poor. All of them contain a bit of snow, some don't have collar and others are in 250x250 when the image is only good enough for 180x180. I'm going to reject them all, in the hope that a better cut can be produced for them all.

I'm sure these can all be done much better if you used remove.bg on the source and cut them using photopea.com or Photoshop, than whatever method it is that you are currently using, because the results produced aren't very good at all.

I suggest having a look at the guidelines in this thread and the various video tutorials for each technique before doing any more cuts, so that you use your time to produce better cut-outs more quickly 😉 I would also suggest posting draft cuts in there for the community to provide you with feedback before you upload them as completed cuts, so that your next cut will be as good as the source allows 👍

There are many examples of cutouts in the megapack that do not have collars, especially in obscure leagues without much source media. Majority of these cuts were done on Photoshop and many of the cutouts I submitted are for players that do not have a game face at all and is quite difficult to find pictures of. But sure, if you think having no face at all is better than something then that's your opinion.

If the main issue was the lack of collars, I'd have mentioned it for your information and add them on myself. However, all these cuts have a fair bit of snow, which is something much more noticeable in-game than the lack of a collar and something which requires a lot more work to fix, which could have been avoided in the first place if remove.bg or a different cutting method was used. You've posted them here because you want to see them added to the megapack, but they need to be tweaked in line with the advice provided in my previous post before they can be added.

Just because a person doesn't have an image doesn't mean we'll automatically accept a poor cut. The sources for all your cuts appear to be quite good, actually, but I'm afraid the cutting technique used needs a bit of refining. We're willing to compromise a little on cut quality when the source image is not the best, but this is clearly not the case for any of our cuts apart from this one. I've provided you already with links on guidelines and video tutorials on how you can ensure, in a quick and easy manner, that your cuts are as good as they can be. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing well, after all 😉

Majority of them do not really have snow and if anything are less noticeable in game. I believe you are nitpicking on certain ones and wouldn't even be surprised if you skipped through the rest after seeing the first few. Clearly your opinion of a poor cut is uncanny, and I find it quite funny how you can call most of the cuts I submitted poor as opposed to some of the cuts you have accepted in the past or some that are in the megapack to begin with. I initially made the cuts for personal use but decided to submit them in case other people would enjoy them, but I guess you have other plans since a “poor” cut where you can clearly make out the player's face  is better than no face, how disappointing.

You seem to have taken this personally. These are your first cuts. Nobody's first cuts were perfect. I gave you some feedback to try and help you improve your cutting technique. If you can't accept some constructive feedback, that's not really my fault.

I have actually taken the time to tweak all 18 of your cuts, but if I do so and don't let you know what needs to be done, you'd just keep providing us with cut-outs which need further work, which defeats the whole purpose of this forum.

If you want to take our feedback on board, compare your cuts with the ones I tweaked and see where you can improve. If you're looking for an argument, go elsewhere 👍

If I came across as rude then apologies as I didn't mean to come off that way. It was just a mere case of different standards. You are correct about the part of having to let me know what needs to be done. If you'd like, I can submit the source pictures for the cuts if you think it could help you tweak them better.

Now that I've tweaked them, there's really no need for that. For any future cuts, I would suggest using remove.bg (following the video tutorial linked earlier) as that will ensure cut quality with very little (if any) snow and good hair details. In cases where the collars are low, there is another video tutorial in the thread I linked above on how they can be nudged upwards before the draft cut is cropped.

If you have any more specific queries, we'd be more than happy to assist 👍

It was just in case you wanted to add the collar to most of them, but understandable.
