I would like to start a new save with Barcelona. But to create a situation where Barcelona is in debt, as it was in the media a few weeks ago. Is there already some plugin with such a script, or how could I do it in a pre-game editor.

Just edit the finances accordingly perhaps add a transfer ban load the debt etc
