@Alagavat, I don't know what method you used but the source image is good and clear enough to get a sharper cut from.

@EmreArsl12, not too bad for a first cut but there are a couple of things to keep in mind:
a) Cut-outs are to be in 250x250 dimensions
b) When the face in a source image is tilted to one side, it is better that it is rotated so that it's upright. It looks much better in-game. Here's a short video demonstrating the technique to do so:
