@Jonny Done, a couple of things to keep in mind when doing cuts.
Perhaps we can have the original source so that it can be recut with the below in mind?Edit: I found a better source, I think.a) Leave no more than 2-3 pixels above the top of the hair and beneath the chin, so that you use the full height of the canvas as much as possible and let the face take up as much space as the source allows.
b) When a source image is tilted to one side (as in this case and a few of your other cuts), then it should be rotated so that it looks more upright before it is cropped, because the cut looks much better in-game in this way. Watch this video to see how it can be done:
